If something arrived broken, incomplete, or not as described — email us with your order number and photos. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days and make it right.

Returns & refunds

All MAVRA products are sold through Amazon. Returns and refunds are processed through Amazon's standard return process — not via email. To start a return, go to Your Orders on Amazon and select the item. Amazon accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. If you're having trouble, email us and we'll guide you.
