HOW WE SHIP

All MAVRA products are sold and fulfilled through Amazon.com. This means your order is packed, shipped, and tracked entirely through Amazon — with the speed and reliability of their fulfillment network.

SHIPPING TIMES

· Amazon Prime members: Standard 2-day delivery on eligible items

· Standard shipping: 4–7 business days

· Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout on Amazon before you complete your purchase.

The times above apply within the United States. International delivery windows are set by Amazon and shown at checkout for your address.

WHERE WE SHIP

We ship across the United States, and Amazon now opens international delivery to a growing list of countries.

Availability and cost depend on your address. Open the product on Amazon and enter your country at checkout: if delivery is available, the shipping cost and the estimated arrival date appear before you pay.

International shipping is charged by Amazon and is not included in the product price. Some destinations also add an import fees deposit, which Amazon shows upfront.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, Amazon sends a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your package at any time through:

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, or if it arrives damaged:

1. Check with neighbors or your building's package area

2. Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a day early
