All MAVRA products are sold on Amazon.com. Your purchase, payment, and shipping data are handled entirely by Amazon under their own Privacy Notice (amazon.com/privacy). We never see your payment information.

What We Collect Directly

If you reach out to us through this site or by email, we may collect your name and email address to respond to your inquiry. That's it. Your information is stored securely and never used for anything beyond helping you.

Your Information Is Safe

We take data protection seriously. Any information you share with us directly is kept secure, never sold, and never shared with third parties — ever.

Analytics

We use basic analytics (Google Analytics) to understand how people interact with our site. No personally identifiable information is involved.

Where Your Data Is Handled

MAVRA operates from the United States, and any information you send us directly is stored and processed there. If you're writing to us from another country, you're consenting to that transfer.

If You're in the EU or the UK

You have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

We handle your data on two grounds: your consent, when you write to us or accept analytics, and our legitimate interest in answering your inquiry. You can withdraw consent at any time. If you believe we've mishandled your data, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

How Long We Keep It

We keep inquiry emails for as long as the conversation is useful to you, and no more than two years after our last exchange. After that we delete them.
