Amazon A-to-Z Guarantee

All purchases made through Amazon.com are covered by Amazon's A-to-Z Guarantee, which protects your order from placement to delivery.

MAVRA Limited Warranty

Beyond that, we back every product against manufacturing defects for one full year from the date of purchase. If your product has a defect, email us at [email protected] with your Amazon order number and a description or photos of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

Please note: warranty claims must be submitted to us directly — not through Amazon customer service — so we can review and resolve them personally.

What's Not Covered

Damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear falls outside the scope of this warranty. The Skull Lamp should be used only with compatible bulb types as specified in the product documentation.
