All Purchases Are Made Through Amazon

MAVRA products are sold exclusively on Amazon.com. Returns, refunds, and order issues are managed entirely through Amazon's standard return process — not through us directly.

To start a return: go to Your Orders on Amazon, select the item, and follow the return instructions. Amazon accepts returns within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged, we want to know. Email us at [email protected] with your Amazon order number and photos of the damage. We'll respond within 1–2 business days and work with you to make it right.

Please note: we're unable to process returns or refunds via email. All transactions must go through Amazon in accordance with their policies.
